Principal Technical Project Referent

1. Propose and align with the software PTM, mechatronic PM, and system test and validation PTM, along with all related projects (Platforms and associated P1), the technical scenario leading to system deliveries to the client.
2. Summarize this technical scenario within the system project planning (indicating at least system deliveries and synchronization deliverables between sub-projects) and in the system delivery plan (agreed content of planned deliveries).
3. Present necessary changes to the technical scenario to the system PM and obtain approval during weekly project meetings organized by the system PM.
4. Be responsible for robust product design, in line with economic objectives, to meet customer requirements (technical and integrity requirements), applicable standards, regulations, and lessons learned.
5. Lead risk management activities related to R&D within the project:
6. Regularly review with the SW PM, mechatronic PM, and system test and validation PM the state of their risk management, and enhance it with additional risk management actions impacting the overall technical scenario.
7. Represent the R&D function to the client, decompose and internally communicate client requests and needs.
8. Report to the system project manager or R&D manager as needed, and escalate information accordingly.
9. Provide regular reports:
10. - Traceability between specifications/use cases and system test cases
11. - Overall system performance in the vehicle compared to plan
12. Deliverables responsibility for the system sub-project:
13. - Apply the specific PDP of your PG/PL following CPM (CLEAN Project Management), ensuring technical reviews and design reviews are conducted.
14. - Prepare the status of system sub-project deliverables for milestone review readiness.
15. - Establish detailed activity breakdowns to meet milestones.
16. - Assign activities to team members and monitor their progress and expenses against the budget.
17. Provide regular reports:
18. - Specification and needs analysis and delivery as per plan

About you:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (software/system engineering, general technical knowledge in embedded electronics, software). Good knowledge of software and integrated systems.
