Yokogawa France seeks a System Services Manager to lead a department of 10–20 engineers responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, spares and field modifications for our installed base. You will drive transformations to boost customer satisfaction, profitability and team capability while expanding service offerings across Europe.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering and 15+ years in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Valid HSE authorizations and electrical permits listed in job posting.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Project, and Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Lead the system services department including maintenance, troubleshooting and spare parts supply.
• Drive transformations to improve customer satisfaction, team competency and profitability.
• Align with Group strategy and participate in European operations meetings.
• Develop talent, planning training and conducting performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards, coordinate risk prevention and field audits.
• Manage hiring and performance objectives for the team.
