The Angers site is part of the Visibility Systems Division (VIS), which develops high-performance lighting systems to support drivers and passengers in all weather conditions, day and night, and during various onboard activities. We are seeking a System Quality Engineer M/F responsible for:

• Defining the ASPICE roadmap for each project to meet ASPICE compliance targets.
• Conducting audits of system development processes according to the Automotive SPICE standard.
• Reporting status and progress to site PG/Management and ASPICE manager.
• Identifying main roadblocks and ensuring effective escalation processes.
• Preventing unnecessary risks related to design, process, quality, cost, and deadlines.

Additional responsibilities include:

1. Managing quality topics at the system level (e.g., creating a system quality assurance plan).
2. Ensuring deployment of GSMART (ASPICE) and adherence to Clean Project Management (CPM).
3. Conducting product and process audits as defined in the project quality assurance plan.

Let's talk about you!

• Holder of a Management/Engineering diploma (Engineer, Master’s) in Generalist, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Quality, or similar fields.
• Ideally, at least 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Professional experience in projects, electronics, or quality fields.
• Knowledge of the A-SPICE methodology is a plus.
• Recognized for rigor, leadership, and autonomy, with experience in an international environment and fluent in English.
