We are seeking a System Programmer who can work with both IMS and CICS to join our team at a client’s facility in Lyon, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France.

Job Description

HCL Mainframe Cloud Services is a global organization, delivering world class Mainframe infrastructure services to our international customers. We prioritize quality, standardization, efficiency, cost control, inclusion, integrity, and people-centricity.

As a member of our global team, you will be assigned various tasks, both run-time and one-time delivery, supporting our customers with your technical expertise.

The role includes on-call duties approximately every 6th week.

Mandatory Language requirements: English and French

Total experience: 10+ years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, problems, and changes within ITSM
• Install, implement, and configure products
• Manage the lifecycle of products
• Maintain and monitor systems for performance improvements
• Coordinate with vendors regarding support cases
• Provide technical support and consultation
• Draft clear instructions
• Participate in projects and meetings
• Follow structured workflows as per team leader directives
• Share knowledge and support colleagues
