Location : Rennes, France (Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SCCM Consultant to join the Technical and Integration Department (DISU) at Orange France. You will be an integral part of the Software Deployment team , helping to manage and automate the secure deployment of Microsoft patches across a vast infrastructure of over 60,000 workstations .

This role requires strong technical acumen in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) , a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude to work closely with internal stakeholders including security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deploy monthly Microsoft Security Patches (KBs) including Core, M365, Edge, etc., via Microsoft SCCM (MECM) .
• Manage and monitor deployments through pre-production, pilot, and generalization phases.
• Maintain and regularly update a compliance dashboard tracking the patch deployment status across workstations.
• Liaise with Security, MOA / MOE Workstation teams to ensure alignment and communication across departments.
• Actively participate in the weekly deployment planning meetings .

Key Requirements

• Solid experience with Microsoft patch management and KB deployments.
• Familiarity with large-scale workstation environments (preferably 10,000+ endpoints).
• Strong dashboarding and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or SCCM-native tools).
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills .
• Fluent in French (preferred but not mandatory).
• Available to work on-site in Rennes 3 days per week .
