System and Network Administrator – Industrial IT – Permanent Contract

With 30 years of expertise, they are a leader in their market. They are currently seeking an experienced System and Network Administrator.

Missions

As part of a team of specialized engineers and reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and administering the company's and its clients' information systems:

• Collaborate with project managers for the deployment and administration of on-site industrial infrastructures.
• Set up and configure network and security equipment (switches, firewalls, servers).
• Conduct performance and security audits of IT infrastructures.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity strategies.
• Administer and secure servers (Active Directory, Exchange, ESXi virtualization, backup systems, monitoring solutions).
• Maintain and optimize the internal IT infrastructure and that of clients.
• Provide user support and training, and write technical documentation.

Profile

• Degree in IT preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Experience in industrial IT is a plus
• 2 days of remote work per week
• 10 additional paid leave days (RTT)
• 60% coverage of health insurance
• Attractive profit-sharing bonus of €3,000
