Job summary

ERM France is seeking a motivated Intern to support the Capital Projects Delivery team from January 2027 to end of June 2027. The role is based in Paris and intended for final-year students seeking a graduate internship with potential for long-term opportunities.

As an intern you will work in a fast-growing entrepreneurial team of consultants, exposed to an international environment. You will support Nature & Water strategies and provide technical support on Environmental and Social Due

Qualifications

Master's student in environmental science, natural resources management, environmental, civil engineering or similar.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
Interest in leading Nature frameworks (GBF, TNFD, IPBES, SBTN) and biodiversity management.
Languages: French and English (C1).
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university.

Responsibilities

Support Capital Projects Delivery team on Nature & Water strategies and related topics.
Contribute to Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and ESIA activities.
Assist with regulatory permitting for capital projects (renewables, data centers, infrastructure).
Occasionally support business development efforts with team members.
On-site presence in Paris five days per week.
