YOUR ROLE

The integration of CSR within CEVA requires all employees and business lines to understand and pragmatically implement this strategic focus. Key aspects include:

  • Having CSR referents close to local teams to understand specific CSR challenges
  • Assessing local CSR maturity levels
  • Supporting local sales with customer requests
  • Advising marketing on developing sustainable offers for local customers
  • Upskilling local sales & operations on Sustainable Transport & Logistics
  • Contributing to internal and external communication on these topics

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a portfolio of local customers for CSR requests
  • Collaborate with the EU CSR head and project managers to align regional and group sustainability objectives
  • Support Scope 3 decarbonization, customer engagement, and sales & operations upskilling
  • Work with regional stakeholders across sales, operations, and various CEVA products to deploy CSR initiatives
  • Serve as CSR referent for sales and operations on local customer portfolios
  • Present group CSR policies and sustainable offerings at customer meetings or workshops
  • Assist in RFI and RFQ responses related to sustainability
  • Coordinate CO2 dashboards and contribute to sustainable logistics planning
  • Support customer engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, and events
  • Participate in fairs and support external communication efforts
  • Monitor market practices and support development of sustainable transport solutions and sales tools
  • Report on regional customer leads and success stories
  • Assist in training sales, operations, and customers on sustainable logistics
  • Provide backup for other EU CSR Project Managers during Paid-Time-Off

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, environmental sciences, management, engineering, or sustainability

- 5+ years of experience in transport & logistics, project management, and cross-functional collaboration

- Proficiency in managing spreadsheets, data analysis, and impactful presentations

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence outcomes

- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with non-native speakers
