As a member of the Allianz Partners Sustainability team, you will join the Allianz Group’s broader sustainability community.

What You Do

Reporting to the Global Head of Sustainability at Allianz Partners, you will support the integration of Allianz Group's sustainability goals into Allianz Partners. You will contribute to sustainability innovation in products and solutions with our Lines of Business (LoBs), ensuring we meet our B-Partner requirements. You will collaborate with internal product teams in Travel, Mobility & Assistance, and Health, as well as sales teams across over 30 markets, to develop innovative, scalable solutions aligned with the strategy of bringing peace of mind one click away.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop new products and services with LoBs and functions, and adapt existing offerings to drive market differentiation.
• Support shaping Allianz’s sustainability strategy by leveraging experience in insurance product and service innovation, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships management.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, market developments, and client needs.
• Analyze Allianz’s existing client base to identify opportunities based on industries and coverage.
• Develop data-driven proposals for investments in new partnerships and effective go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to bring approved solutions/products to market using test & learn approaches.
• Support the rollout and training of the organization on sustainability within insurance and services.
• Act as a key contact for Lines of Business, Sales teams, and Group functions.

What You Bring

• A degree or equivalent in a related field such as business, law, social sciences, environmental management, or public policy.
• Experience in sustainable finance/insurance products and business sectors, with knowledge of societal sustainability issues.
• Experience in sustainability data and market research, delivering value-added solutions.
• Understanding of global ESG and sustainability policies and implications.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills to communicate facts, figures, and strategic decisions effectively.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
