  • Promoting and supporting Procurement improvement projects that lead to reduced consumption and exposition on waste, more circularity (e.g. route optimization, intermodal (incl. rail freight) transportation, packaging specification reduction, greener packaging materials, etc.)
  • Standardizing and digitalizing the monitoring of our supplier base (SAP) considering different parameters such as Supplier Code of Conduct status, CO2 emissions, EcoVadis rating, etc.
  • Creating communication materials that support all the above: supplier communication packages, supplier days and webinars for key categories, etc.
  • Training for Procurement community and suppliers and creation of supporting documents
  • Supporting the Hydro Extrusions business units with their certifications that include requirements on Sustainability in the Supply Chain (ASI, Cradle to Cradle, etc.)
