As part of Dassault Systèmes' Sustainability Group, you will act as a key commercial ambassador for our sustainability solutions. You will partner with sales, marketing, industry, and brand teams to drive adoption of sustainability-driven innovations across our client base. Your mission is to strengthen our position as a trusted business partner and thought leader in ESG transformation, by turning sustainability into a strategic growth lever for our clients and our business.

Missions

Client-Facing Strategy & Sales Enablement

Co-develop and promote sustainability value propositions tailored to client industry needs

Collaborate closely with account executives and sales teams to identify and nurture business opportunities linked to ESG objectives

Build compelling sustainability use cases and customer stories, leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to demonstrate tangible impact

Act as a subject matter expert during customer meetings, helping to articulate the ROI of sustainability transformation

Train and support sales teams on ESG-related market trends, regulations (e.g., CSRD), and our tailored solutions portfolio

Contribute to Annual Report publication / coordination for sustainability

Sustainability Solution Development & Commercialization

Contribute to the co-creation of innovative, revenue-generating sustainability offerings across industries (e.g., carbon footprint management, circularity, product lifecycle sustainability)

Partner with marketing and product development to refine go-to-market strategies and messaging around sustainability

Develop and maintain a catalog of customer-facing sustainability KPIs and success metrics

Monitor industry sustainability trends and regulatory shifts to anticipate customer needs and inform sales strategy

Represent 3DS at industry events, forums, and partner engagements to boost visibility and thought leadership

Work with partners and industry coalitions to develop joint commercial initiatives around sustainable innovation

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Act as a key link between Sustainability, Industry, GEO, and Brand organizations to ensure alignment of client-facing actions with Group ESG goals

Support ESG-related investor relations and public-facing communication with clear commercial proof points

Contribute to reporting (non-financial questionnaires, ratings) with a customer-impact narrative

Qualifications

PhD / Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.

12-15 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting, pre-sales, client advisory, or business development roles.

Strong understanding of ESG regulations and market dynamics.

Proven experience translating sustainability strategies into business value.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences.

Commercial acumen and a client-service mindset.

Bonus :

Familiarity with Dassault Systèmes' platforms and ecosystem

Experience in B2B software or industry-specific sustainability transformation
