Role: SURF Welding NDT Engineer
Location: Paris, France (Residential)
Duration of contract: 12 months (renewable)

The SURF PBF package team will work on multiple projects at different stages, collaborating across disciplines. The Service holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with H3SE rules, managing disciplines related to Material, Corrosion, and Welding, and ensuring deliverables meet project standards. The role involves interfacing with contractors, participating in engineering reviews, overseeing procurement and construction activities, and promoting safety and innovation throughout the project phases.

Responsibilities include issuing technical documentation, monitoring contractor performance, reviewing engineering outputs, participating in project reviews and safety audits, and assisting at fabrication sites with welding and material assessments. The role demands extensive experience in offshore oil & gas projects, particularly in SURF disciplines, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cost optimization.

Qualifications require 15-20 years in the industry, with at least 10 years in SURF-related roles, proficiency in English, and a relevant engineering degree. Key competencies include expertise in SURF engineering, project management, contractor negotiations, and HSSE standards.
