Project Overview

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project called: European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC). We are seeking experts to support the core team during this project. The overall objective is to enhance the resilience of EU bilateral relations with China in digital policies and technologies.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: Starting October 2025, for 36 months

Key Expert: Team Leader

• University degree at Master’s level (or equivalent) in relevant disciplines such as Public Policies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, China Studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technology, Business Administration. In absence, a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of additional relevant experience.
• High proficiency in English (CEFR level C1 or higher), demonstrated by certificate or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in sectors relevant to digital policies, AI, semiconductors, 5G, data economy, cloud computing, surveillance tech, smart cities, cybersecurity, telecoms, e-commerce, or mobile payments.
• Experience in digital policy research, analysis, and strategic studies, with at least two assignments in the last 5 years totaling at least 1 year.
• Experience as a team leader or in a leading role over the past 5 years.
• Knowledge of the Chinese digital sector and EU digital policies considered assets.
• Knowledge of EU procedures, especially related to service contracts, considered an asset.
