About the Position:

In close collaboration with the project manager, you will provide technical consultation to our customers and execute projects implementing Zennio solutions, following established procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Programming: Confirm and validate technical specifications with customers, program, and document projects to deliver tailored, functioning solutions.
2. Collaboration with Operations: Set up sample rooms according to customer needs to demonstrate solutions effectively.
3. Technical Support: Handle inquiries and resolve questions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure optimal customer experience.
4. Active Reporting: Identify project needs and report them to the project department for continuous improvement of products and systems.
5. Leading Integrations: Execute integrations with local software in collaboration with HQ and foster industry partnerships.
6. Updating Procedures: Revise and optimize work procedures to facilitate onboarding of new team members.
7. Technical Consultation for Sales: Support the sales team with programming options to ensure feasible solutions during sales processes.
8. Beta Testing: Test new products and solutions to meet customer requirements before release.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering or related technological fields.
• Background in the technological sector.
• Advanced knowledge of KNX.
• Experience with DALI.
• Network configuration experience.
• Basic Linux knowledge.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish at C2 level or native fluency.
