Zennio is looking for a professional in Paris to provide technical consultation and execute projects implementing Zennio solutions. Collaborating with the project manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include project programming, collaborating with the team, providing technical support, conducting beta tests, and assisting the sales team. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and advanced KNX knowledge are required.

Responsabilités

• Confirm and validate technical specifications with the customer, program and document the project.
• Set up sample rooms according to customer needs.
• Handle technical inquiries and resolve questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify project needs and report them to the project department.
• Execute integrations with local software and foster partnerships.
• Revise and optimize work procedures.

About the Position

In close collaboration with the project manager, you will be responsible for providing technical consultation to our customers and executing projects for the implementation of Zennio solutions. This will be done according to established procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Project Programming: Confirm and validate technical specifications with the customer, program and document the project to deliver a functioning and tailored solution.
• Collaboration with the Operations Team: Set up sample rooms according to customer needs to demonstrate the proposed solution effectively.
• Technical Support: Handle technical inquiries and resolve questions throughout the project/product lifecycle to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Active Reporting: Identify project needs and report them to the project department to continuously improve products, solutions, and programming systems.
• Leading Integrations: Execute integrations with local software in collaboration with the HQ team and foster partnerships with other industry partners.
• Updating Work Procedures: Revise and optimize work procedures to facilitate the onboarding of new team members.
• Technical Consultation for the Sales Team: Support the sales team with programming possibilities to ensure the solutions offered during the sales process are feasible.
• Conducting Beta Tests: Test new products and solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements before being included in new releases.
