How We WorkWe are looking for a Customer Support and Data Services Engineer to serve as a key connector between customer success and technical onboarding. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you’ll manage real-time customer support inquiries while also supporting the initial configuration and activation of customer data in GrowthLoop. You will also have the opportunity to flex into data services projects or even be deployed to high-touch enterprise accounts as a dedicated resource, to help ensure they are getting the most out of GrowthLoop.
This is a highly collaborative, technical, and customer-facing role — ideal for someone who is energized by solving problems, loves building strong relationships, and wants to influence both customer outcomes and internal product feedback loops.
What You’ll DoThe estimated base salary is $125,000-$150,000 USD. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors unique to each candidate, such as the individual’s location, skill set, depth of experience, and qualifications.
