Une entreprise dynamique et innovante recherche un Analyste Commercial en Planification des Approvisionnements. Dans ce rôle, vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre d'un processus de planification des ventes et des opérations, en développant des modèles globaux pour soutenir les opérations de planification. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe collaborative, où vos contributions auront un impact direct sur les solutions de planification de production et de capacité. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement dans l'industrie des aliments et boissons.
  • Connaissance des outils comme ANAPLAN et SAP Production Planning.

THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

Our Collaborative Business Planning ambition is to implement a Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process that enables us to make quick and responsive decisions in a constantly shifting market landscape. This process is underpinned by an ambitious technical application roadmap centered on implementing core model processes and solutions to support every stage of Supply Chain Planning across all our affiliates.

As part of the Planning Product Team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Global Core Models to support End-to-End planning operations for our Affiliates. As the Supply Planning Business Analyst, you will be part of the Squad responsible for providing our Brand Companies and Global Operations teams with best-in-class solutions for their Production and Capacity Planning.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders' needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.

  1. Product Catalog Management: Participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager.
  2. Demand management & Backlog Management: Perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications.
  3. Product lifecycle management: Collaborate with the development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs.
  4. Incident management: Contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution.

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in supply chain management in the Food & Beverage industry or similar industries.
  • You ideally already worked on tool implementation, worked as a key user of supply tool, and have knowledge about agile methodology.
  • You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • You ideally have good knowledge of software such as ANAPLAN, Futuremaster, Dynaxis, SAP Production Planning.
