Your key missions

The responsibilities include ensuring the seamless integration of products into both internal and market-developed systems. This involves performing analysis, configurations, interfaces, integrations, and tests to verify product quality and performance, ultimately validating deployment.

• Product lifecycle management: Analyze requirements for new products, compare them to existing system specifications, dive deep into technical and functional specifications, dependencies, and interactions between new and existing systems. Configure required parameters, security settings, options, functionalities, and modules. Document and create toolkits for specific setup procedures. Define and perform functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests. Manage interfaces, integrations, and testing. Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests.
• Incident management: Investigate incidents related to integration and configuration issues at levels 2 and 3, contributing to resolution.
• Product Catalog Management: Participate in adding, modifying, and removing catalog items based on approvals from the Product Owner and Product and Service Catalog Manager.

• You have 2+ years of experience with a degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• You possess Ivalua tool configuration skills (certification is a plus).
• You are knowledgeable about data integration tools (ETL, APIs, middleware).
• You have a good understanding of IT systems configuration and workflow customization.
• You are familiar with DevOps, cybersecurity, and architectural best practices.
• You have SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or MDM tools is a plus.
• You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
