Hager Group is seeking a Supply Chain Response Specialist to join our team in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive short-term supply chain responses, balance supply and demand, and influence senior stakeholders to secure business continuity.

The role requires 2–3 years in SCM, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English. German or French is a plus, with onboarding and internal mobility opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years in SCM, logistics, or production planning.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with structured decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; customer-oriented and collaborative.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Drive short-term supply chain response by balancing supply and demand and prioritizing decisions.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and translate constraints into business impact.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of supply chain response processes.
• Act as the key expert for response and supply planning tools and data quality.
• Lead projects to define tools, metrics, and process improvements.
• Coach colleagues and promote a QHSEE focused culture.
