Hager Group in Blieskastel (Germany) or Obernai (France) seeks a Supply Chain Response Specialist for a fixed-term 12-month contract. You drive short-term supply chain response by balancing supply and demand, manage allocation, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure continuity.

You will lead cross-functional decisions, support planning tools, and drive continuous improvement while coaching teammates and upholding QHSEE practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, SCM, Logistics, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Drive short-term supply chain response by balancing supply and demand and managing allocation decisions.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and influence senior stakeholders to achieve best outcomes.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of response processes including allocation, prioritization, and planning governance.
• Be the key expert for response and supply planning tools and processes, maintaining data quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and drive tool development and metrics.
• Act as a functional leader, coaching colleagues and promoting a culture of QHSEE.
