MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a fast-growing challenger brand in the luxury food space. This business is scaling rapidly and needs a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to keep operations flowing smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to join a startup that sits at the intersection of food and wellness, with a global retail presence and ambitious plans for the UK market.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and manage production runs with suppliers and co‑manufacturers.
• Keep stock levels healthy (finished goods + raw materials) while avoiding costly stockouts.
• Own and optimise Excel‑based tools (and help transition to smarter systems such as Unleashed).
• Coordinate B2B, B2C and 3PL logistics across Europe and the UK.
• Manage pallet sends and international shipping paperwork.
• Oversee larger retail orders (£3‑15k+) and ensure OTIF delivery.
• Build and document smart, scalable supply chain processes.

Required Skills

• Food industry experience (strongly preferred).
• Fluency in French and English (must).
• Excel whizz with attention to detail.
• Experience handling high‑volume order processing.
• A doer, not just a delegator; happy to roll up sleeves.
