Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing demand forecasts, controlling excess inventory, and optimizing overall inventory levels to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train department staff to execute on Operations Planning, Fulfillment, and Inventory Goals & Objectives
- Manage Video Operations Product Order Fulfillment against Sales Orders in Oracle system
- Communicate and Manage Suppliers to optimize performance in lead-time management, on-time delivery and change management.
- Manage accurate demand forecasting processes in collaboration with marketing and Sales teams.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock, driving effective inventory turnover.
- Acts as Planner and Order Fulfillment for the internal Manufacturing Workshop located in Rennes, and places POs for our CM in Malaysia and our OEM Manufacturers.
- Knowledge of Logistics as it relates to optimal order fulfillment.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to excess inventory and obsolete stock.
- Monitor inventory control procedure compliance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Respond to auditors regarding questions about related procedures.
- Use data analytics to generate actionable insights for supply chain optimization.
What You Will Need To Succeed
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role.
- Experience managing international suppliers.
- Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and excess stock control.
- Proficient with ERP software (Oracle Cloud preferred), QlikSense or any other BI tool, and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
