Position : Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Location : Lyon, France Salary : €60-70,000 + bonus + benefits Supply Chain Manager | Fast-Paced Environment | High-Growth Business | Automotive - Tyres Industry We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client's European organisation in Lyon. They are looking to sustain the double-digit growth they are currently seeing and need to externally recruit a Supply Chain Manager for their growing business in France, leading a growing team of 3-5 people. France is a key growth market for our client, and this is a key role in their expanding French operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director France with a dotted line to the Head of Supply Chain Europe . Strategic & Operational Role : Shape, optimize and lead supply chain and logistics for a high-growth business in France. Be part of a company making strategic acquisitions and driving innovation. End-to-End Supply Chain Management – Oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and product availability. 3PL Management – Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost control. Logistics Performance & Cost Optimization – Drive operational excellence and cost-effective solutions. #Warehouse Expansion & Leadership – Play a key role in scaling and structuring the warehouse to support business growth and lead a small Supply Chain team. #Collaboration & Strategy – Work closely with local Sales, Marketing and Customer Service as well as Global HQ to align strategies and best practices. Experienced – 7-12 years' experience in supply chain / logistics - ideally in the Tyres industry
