Position: Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

Location: Lyon, France

Salary: €60-70,000 + bonus + benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our client's European team in Lyon. The role involves supporting the company's double-digit growth by managing and optimizing supply chain operations in France, leading a team of 3-5 members.

This position reports directly to the Managing Director France, with a dotted line to the Head of Supply Chain Europe. France is a key growth market, and this role is vital in expanding the company's French operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shape, optimize, and lead supply chain and logistics functions for a high-growth business.
2. Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including inventory, warehouse operations, and product availability.
3. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficiency and cost control.
4. Drive logistics performance and cost optimization initiatives.
5. Lead warehouse expansion and structuring to support business growth and manage a small supply chain team.
6. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Global HQ to align strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in the Tyres industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to optimize processes, manage costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Experience in expanding warehouse operations and managing flow from outside Europe.
• Ability to manage relationships with 3PL providers.
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
