Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'optimisation des processus logistiques à l'international, tout en supervisant des équipes et en développant des stratégies alignées sur l'efficacité. Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en supply chain.
  • Excellente connaissance des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Fluente en anglais; compétences en chinois sont un plus.

Description du poste

To strengthen our team and development, we are looking for a Supply Chain Director.

You will play a key role working with ICAPE Group’s suppliers, local Business Units (worldwide locations), and the Asia (especially China) logistics teams.

You should be able to develop and implement strategies aligned with improving the overall efficiency of ICAPE Group to exceed objectives.

You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and manage several international teams.

International business trips are expected for this position.

MISSIONS
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, starting with Europe and the US.
  • Lead data analysis and performance evaluation of the Group's supply chain to optimize logistics providers (AVL) and maintain competitive supply chain pricing levels.
  • Communicate and negotiate with Supply Chain's suppliers and vendors to maximize profitability for ICAPE Group.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Asia logistics teams, including SEA, AIR, and Express logistics.
  • Coordinate strategies with worldwide Business Units' local logistics teams, including validation and management of local domestic truck and express suppliers.
  • Lead ICAPE's worldwide warehouse management, including SAP software integration, inbound/outbound logistics, cost-effective storage processes, warehouse procedures, audits, and inventory management with local logistics teams.
  • Define and implement supply chain KPIs to improve overall efficiency.
  • Supervise and train Supply Chain teams; coach sales teams on selling ICAPE's logistics services.
  • Manage safety and social responsibility within the Supply Chain, working with ICAPE Legal to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Resolve urgent issues such as delivery delays, shipping incidents, and customer order adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Experience with relevant software, especially SAP.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); Chinese language skills are a plus.
