Qualifications

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Qualität, Ingenieurwesen oder Projektmanagement.
  • Erfahrung in der Lieferkette oder Lean Manufacturing ist wünschenswert.

Introduction to the job :

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support our projects in planning and executing quality risk mitigation activities, focusing on piping, plastic, welding, forging, and tubing products, with experience in Subsea Projects. Candidates from Lysaker, Cracow, or La Trait will be considered.

Job Description
  1. Collaborate on planning Quality Surveillance activities to ensure supplier compliance.
  2. Participate in Package Criticality and Supplier Risk Assessments.
  3. Prepare Quality Surveillance plans.
  4. Participate in Pre-Production and weekly project meetings.
  5. Manage supplier intervention activities, review inspection and test plans.
  6. Follow up on NCRs, RCCAs, and monitor supplier performance.
  7. Coordinate with SQEs on Corrective Actions and preventive measures.
  8. Review inspection reports and ensure proper documentation.
  9. Define content of SMDR to ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes.
  10. Support onsite QHSE activities as needed.
  11. Participate in supplier performance assessments.

The Supplier Quality Control and Surveillance Engineer will report to the Supplier Quality Manager and be part of the European Supplier Quality Team. The position offers competitive remuneration based on TechnipFMC's grading system and is located in Krakow, Le Trait, or Lysaker, with European travel required.

You are meant for this job if :
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or similar.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, or Process Improvement is desirable.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supplier Development, or Project Management.
  • You are fluent in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
  • You possess good collaboration skills, independence, and systematic work habits.
  • You can meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
  • You demonstrate problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
  • You have strong communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems is preferred.
  • You must be legally eligible to work and reside without sponsorship.
