Job Description:

Expert in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)

As an Expert in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to, developing, and improving the Group's Supplier Quality Assurance processes to ensure the quality of purchased components, goods, and materials, including raw materials and packaging.
• Supporting and collaborating with each plant's quality team to develop global suppliers or address local issues, including validation of new or modified components (PPAP) and implementing corrective action plans (8D reports, root cause analysis).
• Collaborating with the SRM team of each commodity to develop supplier strategies, integrate new strategic suppliers, and lead initial supplier audits and qualifications.
• Participating in supplier review meetings to manage supplier performance.
• Driving continuous improvement through structured quality improvement plans, risk analysis, monitoring, and awareness sessions with suppliers.
• Conducting supplier evaluations, surveillance audits, and traceability audits of main or troubled suppliers.
• Managing the quality performance of a commodity independently and training suppliers to improve their quality systems and resolve recurrent issues.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a supplier quality role.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and concepts (control plans, PPAP, audits).
• Attention to detail and commitment to technical excellence.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and self-directed work skills.
