Apply | Apply with one click | Any questions?Within the Purchasing Department of Safran Electrical & Power, we are looking for our future Supplier Performance Management (F/H) specialist.
With extensive experience in Supplier Performance Management, you will join the Supplier Performance Management Eufrasie team to:
- Manage the coherence, quality, and performance of the Supplier Performance Control process.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Train and support SPM and Field Engineer teams to enhance professional maturity.
Your Main Missions:
- Strengthen team skills: support managers in developing the team's skills roadmap, onboard new employees, develop training, and facilitate professional networks.
- Lead SPM and Field Engineer functions towards higher performance: ensure process compliance and improvement, harmonize procedures, oversee the Maturity Plan, and participate in transversal initiatives.
- Manage the Tool (IT) and Standard Practice roadmap: harmonize practices across sites, gather needs, write specifications, and oversee development and deployment.
Act as the focal point and representative for the SPM function during compliance audits.
You hold a Bac+5 degree and have significant experience (10+ years) in an industrial production environment. You possess expertise in Supplier Performance Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain processes.
Technical skills include:
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (CPIM, CSCP)
• Familiarity with LEAN tools and Quality methods (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.)
• Experience in leading continuous improvement projects and change management; Black Belt certification is a plus.
Transversal skills (interpersonal qualities):
• Rigorous, well-organized, results-oriented personality
• Leadership and active listening skills to support suppliers and internal teams
• Digital leadership: proficiency with digital tools and innovative technologies
