Supplier recovery or crisis management mode can be implemented when a supplier is badly impacting Alstom due to poor QCDT performance preventing to execute/deliver properly projects (example : capacity/quality issues stopping Alstom production lines) and when the crisis cannot be handled at another level in the organisation (example: multiple region severe impacts). When a supplier is managed under crisis mode, a unique Alstom interface is put in place to address the concern and be back to the expected QCDT performance. The Supplier Operational Development Manager will drive and fully own supplier crisis exit plan with the aim to minimize costs & operational impacts for Alstom, for all suppliers declared in crisis mode in his/her scope of responsibility.
The Supplier Operational Development Manager will also supervise the residents program which final objective is to secure quality/delivery of projects at risk, or to mitigate risks at suppliers in a preventive way to avoid future crisis mode.

Establish a REX after trhe exit of each crisis
