Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks a Supplier Development Manager to join the Procurement & Supplier Management team. You will deploy crisis management methodologies on-site at supplier facilities, drive quality and supply chain improvements, and lead transformation projects to secure deliveries and strengthen supplier performance across the network. A strong background in industrial crisis management and continuous improvement is required.

Qualificações

• Academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven background in industrial crisis management, capacity auditing, and supplier performance recovery.
• Advanced mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis).
• High degree of autonomy and ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Development Manager (f/m) to join our Procurement & Supplier Management department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing supply chain performance and industrial robustness. As part of the Supplier Development team, you will be involved in crisis interventions and performance improvement projects directly at supplier sites aiming at securing deliveries on time/on quality and upgrading supply chain maturity.

Your challenges:

• Drive continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis) and coach executive supplier management teams.
• Lead strategic supplier transformation projects to mitigate quality risks and reinforce supply chain sustainability.

Your boarding pass:

• Academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven background in industrial crisis management, capacity auditing, and supplier performance recovery.
• Advanced mastery of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, process control).
• High degree of autonomy and strong leadership skills to influence executive stakeholders (frequent travel required, up to 90% on-site).
• Negotiation level in English (required for international deployments).
