Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier performance improvements and complex projects with suppliers. The role requires a strong background in engineering or industrial management and at least 10 years in industry with supply chain expertise.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supplier Development Manager (f/m) to join our Supplier Performance Management team based in Toulouse, France. You will join the Airbus Procurement Operations organization to lead, within and in collaboration with suppliers, complex projects aimed at sustainably improving their industrial performance or securing their operations.

Your boarding pass

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum experience of 10 years in industry with strong Supply Chain expertise.
• Proven expertise in Lean practices, APQP tools, problem-solving, and crisis management.
• Advanced project management competencies and strong shop floor (Gemba) experience.
• Negotiation level in English and French (travel availability up to 60% of time).
