Are you passionate about driving supplier excellence and ensuring sustainable, high-quality processes? Join us as a Supplier Developer for our product company in Germany, where you'll play a leading role in auditing, improving, and aligning supplier performance with our quality and sustainability goals across our European supplier base.

Your Tasks:

1. Plan and execute supplier process audits (e.g., potential analyses, process sign-offs, ATEX, regular audits) at international supplier sites based on global standards.
2. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies.
3. Ensure the effective implementation of sustainability targets and compliance with legal environmental regulations throughout the supply chain.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and compliance.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent university qualification) plus minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in supplier development or quality engineering.
2. Solid knowledge of supplier development methodologies, project management, auditing practices, and knowledge in electrotechnology.
3. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Business-fluent in German and English.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Willingness to travel regularly.
7. Strong social competence, a team-oriented mindset, and assertiveness when driving results.
