Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur requis.
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement, approvisionnement ou gestion des fournisseurs.
• Expérience en analyse des causes profondes et gestion de l'amélioration.

Supplier Delivery Performance Manager (H/F)

INTRODUCTION

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As part of the Supply Chain team, the Supplier Delivery Performance Manager will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the Supplier can meet ALSTOM's needs (Supply Chain Capability and Capacity)
• Managing Supplier Relationship performance and optimizing the end-to-end Supply Chain to ensure the best availability of parts to support site operations
• Preventing delivery crises and improving delivery performance with our suppliers
• Deploying the Supplier Relationship strategy and process, along with associated governance to ensure:
• Deployment of standards (including tools) at site level involving key stakeholders such as Sourcing & Quality
• Continuous maturity improvement
• Successful implementation of transformation initiatives
• Ensuring effective communication processes between Alstom and suppliers to maximize parts availability
• Establishing crisis management procedures for major delivery issues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct ad-hoc audits or assessments of Supplier Capacity and Capability
• Apply robust processes defined by the Global Supply Chain team, including Supply Chain Capability & Capacity Assessments, Performance follow-up, escalation, and Improvement Plans
• Lead root cause analysis post-crisis and implement corrective actions
• Monitor Site Supplier Delivery performance and develop the competencies of the Site Procurement Team in monitoring and ensuring Supplier Delivery Performance
• Coordinate collaboration between Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain for managing top offenders
• Review process performance systematically through monthly reviews
• Develop and enhance cross-functional governance with Quality and Sourcing at regional level

Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering school graduation with a focus on Extended Supply Chain
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management
• Experience in root cause analysis and improvement management
• Auditor background is a plus
• ERP SAP experience is a plus; sourcing or quality experience is also advantageous
