Profile:

We are seeking experienced mechanical technicians or supervisors for offshore operations in Angola, specializing in maintenance and operational management within the oil and gas sector. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and optimizing maintenance processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Organizing maintenance operations on-site and supporting planning teams.
• Ensuring proper operation and maintenance of equipment, reporting discrepancies.
• Participating in quality assurance activities, audits, and safety compliance.
• Analyzing maintenance performance and implementing improvements.
• Supporting repair, installation, and commissioning activities.

Profile:

• Higher national diploma or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in oil and gas production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and SAP/R3.
• Physical ability to work offshore in local climatic conditions.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French knowledge is a plus.
• Leadership qualities, reliability, and confidentiality.
