FedEx Express France, basé à Narbonne, recherche un(e) superviseur(se) des opérations avec 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'encadrement d'équipes du transport. Vous collaborerez à la planification des activités et au débriefing des équipes.

Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel) et esprit d'équipe requis; l'anglais opérationnel est nécessaire. Le poste suppose un horaire fixe du lundi au vendredi, sur 35 heures par semaine.

Qualifications

• Expérience d'un à trois ans dans l'encadrement d'équipes opérationnelles dans le secteur du transport.
• Maîtrise du pack office (Excel).
• Aptitudes au leadership et au travail en équipe.
• Aptitudes à la résolution de problèmes et à l'organisation.
