Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions France is seeking a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to supervise and execute commissioning plans for on-site plants, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule, and cost targets. Your role includes coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and delivering performance test reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Familiar with piping design and manufacture knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of chemical processes, distillation, process control, automation.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate pre-commissioning of on-site plants and large standard plants.
• Carry out static and dynamic performance tests & reports of on-site plants and/or in the workshop.
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning and commissioning job of on-site plants on Customer site until hand-over after tests and reports.
• Document the pre-commissioning and commissioning work.
• Participate in site internal audits and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
• Control the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
• Lead the work of some pre-commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
• Apply project QHSE rules and procedures during execution.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide? Within the framework of project execution environment, supervise & execute the assigned Commissioning Plan for the area - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets

• Coordinate the pre-commissioning job of on-site plants and large standard plants.
• Carry out Static and Dynamic Performance Tests & Reports of on-site plants and / or in the workshop
• Coordinate the pre-commissioning and the commissioning job of on-site plants on Customer site (when requested) until the signature of the Performance Tests & Reports and the plant hand-over to the Customer;
• Document the pre-com & commissioning work.
• Participate in site internal audits and supervise the implementation of the corrective and prevention actions.
• Control the construction subcontractor’s Pre-commissioning and Commissioning team dedicated to him/her.
• Lead the work of some pre-commissioning and commissioning operators and vendors during the commissioning task.
• Applies project QHSE rules and procedures during the execution of his/her tasks.

• Mechanical Engineering Degree (Bachelor's)
• 3+ years of experience
