Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la collecte et de l'analyse des données de tests et de reproduction, tout en gérant la contre-saison et en coordonnant les équipes pour garantir le succès des variétés cultivées. Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion des cultures.
• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion et de la culture du tournesol.

Description du poste

The Research team's mission is to generate products that adapt to the different regions where the company is present. The department also seeks to surpass, mainly in terms of yield, the materials planted in each region producing soybeans, corn, or wheat, with the primary objective of increasing the genetic gain that can be achieved each year.

Functions to perform:

1. COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF TESTING AND BREEDING DATA: Plan and execute all activities related to the collection of field data (phenological, phenotypic, and health) from testing and breeding trials and analyze these data obtained together with performance data, by evaluating and defining which locations to survey, use of data sheets and tablets, as well as through the use of available software to guarantee the appropriate selection of materials tested in the trials based on all the information obtained.
2. CONTRASTATION MANAGEMENT: Direct the counterseason in Yuma and in the growth chamber (speed breeding) through planning and coordination with the corresponding work teams and the subsequent selection of the varieties to achieve generational advancement in the desired time with the required characteristics of purity, cycle, etc.
3. REGISTRATION DEMANDS: Assist with registration demands by preparing files of the varieties that are commercial releases and facilitating the necessary descriptor information to achieve the registration and approval procedures for the releases.
4. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL SHIPPING: Manage and coordinate execution by liaising with the warehouse team to guarantee compliance with all shipments within the established time.

Professional Requirements:

1. Academic Training (desirable level of knowledge / Experience): Agricultural Engineer
2. Experience in extensive crop management (at least 2 years)
3. Intermediate English (exclusive)
4. Spanish (intermediate) - desirable
5. Originally from France (exclusive)
6. Knowledge of sunflower cultivation (desirable)
7. Knowledge in Management Systems.
