Job summary

Cunextseason in Morzine is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support daily running of self-catered properties. You will check standards, order supplies, and ensure all tasks are completed to high quality.

Responsibilities include linen drops, liaising with the team, and stepping in to assist with cleaning when needed. You may be required to be on call two nights weekly, with a full-time seasonal schedule and housing provided.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and proactive, able to handle diverse tasks.
• Experience delivering cleaning to high standards.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and leading others.
• Familiar with Morzine area and driving licence held for 3 years.
• Ability to speak French to A2 level or higher.

Important details about this position

The role:

• To assist the Operations Manager in daily running of the self-catered properties.
• You will be responsible for checking the standards of properties and communicating with the team anything that needs to be corrected.
• You will be in charge of ordering supplies, wine deliveries and grocery shopping.
• Dropping off linen to properties and to the laundrette.
• Willing to jump in to help with cleaning incase of staff sickness or demand.
• Being on call with the work phone 2 nights a week to deal with any emergencies.

The package:

• CDD contract from mid June - Mid September or option to be an auto-entrepreneur.
• 35 hours per week with 2 days off in a row (Monday and Tuesday)
• Work van provided to you
• Bike or multi pass
