Job summary

Cunextseason is hiring Chalet Hosts for Morzine and Les Gets for the North Hemisphere Winter 24/25. You will manage breakfast, tea, dinners, children’s meals, drinks and daily housekeeping to ensure flawless guest experiences in our catered chalets.

You will work as part of a team and lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Requirements include 21+ at start, customer-facing hospitality experience, professionalism, punctuality, fluent English, and a friendly, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age at start date: 21 years old.
• Customer-facing / hospitality experience is essential.
• Fluent English is required.
• Highly professional, presentable and punctual.
• Friendly, sociable and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Preparing for and serving breakfast, afternoon tea and evening service.
• Preparing for and serving children’s meals if required.
• Making and serving drinks, including cocktails and coffees.
• Daily housekeeping and upkeep of chalet aesthetics.
• Weekly changeover cleaning and preparation for new guests.
• Liaising with chefs and drivers to provide seamless service.
• Provide a positive, friendly approach to guest requests.
• Work as a team player and assist colleagues when necessary.
