Job summary

Cunextseason in Morzine is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support daily running of self-catered properties. You will check standards, order supplies, and ensure all tasks are completed to high quality.

Responsibilities include linen drops, liaising with the team, and stepping in to assist with cleaning when needed. You may be required to be on call two nights weekly, with a full-time seasonal schedule and housing provided.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and proactive, able to handle diverse tasks.
• Experience delivering cleaning to high standards.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and leading others.
• Familiar with Morzine area and driving licence held for 3 years.
• Ability to speak French to A2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily running of self-catered properties.
• Check property standards and communicate required corrections.
• Order supplies, wine deliveries and groceries.
• Drop off linen to properties and laundrette.
• Assist with cleaning if staff are sick or in high demand.
• Be on call with the work phone 2 nights a week.
