The Boutique Chalet Company in Morzine is seeking team members for the summer season to maintain luxury chalet standards.

Starting mid/late June through late August, roles focus on self-catered stays with occasional catered bookings, handling property changeovers, mid-stay cleans, and guest hospitality alongside experienced Chalet Manager and Chef. Strong English and EU rights to work in France are required, with a valid EU driving licence.

Qualifications

• EU passport and/or right to live and work in France
• Full EU driving licence; confidence driving manual vehicles including minibuses desirable
• Excellent eye for detail in chalet presentation and housekeeping
• Flexibility to cope with varied tasks and environments
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English essential

Responsabilités

• Change over properties between guest stays and deliver mid-stay cleans
• Support upkeep of pool and spa facilities
• Occasionally work as a host in catered packages and assist with meal services and housekeeping in larger chalets

From hiking and mountain biking, to swimming in fresh mountain lakes (essentially the Alpine version of a beach), trail running, road cycling, tennis, climbing, white water rafting, there’s something for everyone… and that’s just to name a few of the many activities available. So, what about the job?

We’re looking for team members to join us for the duration of the summer, starting mid/late June and finishing late August at the earliest, supporting our catered and self-catered teams in delivering luxury chalet holidays for our guests. Whilst the majority of our summer bookings are self-catered, we do also have a few catered bookings throughout the season. The role will therefore focus primarily on delivering our Self-Catered stays, namely helping to change over properties and deliver mid-stay cleans. On weeks where we have catered bookings, you may be scheduled to work on a catered chalet team to support with meal services and housekeeping in our larger chalets - this would involve working alongside an experienced Chalet Manager and Chef.

Skills & Experience

• EU passport and/or the right to live and work in France is required
