La présence sur site est requise 3 jours par semaine. Ce poste convient aux professionnels parlant couramment français et ayant une forte capacité d'analyse.

Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée comme consultant technique SuccessFactors (MOE).
• Prêt opérationnel immédiat, pas de délai de mise en route.
• Fluent en français et bon niveau d'anglais.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un support d'expert sur la plateforme SuccessFactors.
• Naviguer sur la plateforme avec une autonomie minimale.
• Effectuer des tâches de configuration de base.

SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (MOE) – 12+ Months – Paris – Start ASAP

For our end customer in Paris, we are looking for a SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (MOE) with strong hands-on expertise and immediate operational readiness. This is a technical profile (MOE), not suitable for functional (MOA) consultants.

Your main task will be to provide expert-level support on the SuccessFactors platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and in-person business interaction.

-Tasks:

Navigate the SuccessFactors platform confidently with minimal onboarding

Analyze logs and troubleshoot platform/application errors

Interpret JSON structures to identify and resolve record-level issues

Perform basic configuration tasks in SuccessFactors

Communicate effectively with business users during on-site meetings

-Conditions:

Proven technical expertise in SuccessFactors (MOE)

Immediate operational readiness – no ramp-up time available

Fluent French speaker with strong English skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

On-site presence required 3 days per week in Paris (non-negotiable)
