A leading global organization is seeking a Freelance SuccessFactors Application Manager focused on Recruitment and Onboarding for a remote project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, agile methodologies, and be fluent in both English and French. This position offers a competitive daily rate and collaboration with teams across France and Portugal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as an Application Manager.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting & Onboarding).
• Strong knowledge of agile methodology and release management.

Responsabilités

• Support ongoing enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple geographies.
• Ensure optimal system performance as part of an HR digital transformation initiative.

Job Description:

We’re currently supporting a global organization on a fully remote SuccessFactors project, focused on Recruitment and Onboarding. They’re looking for experienced SuccessFactors Application Managers to support ongoing enhancements and ensure optimal system performance across multiple geographies, as part of a major HR digital transformation initiative.

Job Title: Freelance SuccessFactors Application Manager – Recruitment & Onboarding

Must Have Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience as an Application Manager
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting & Onboarding)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodology and release management
• Fluent in English and French

Nice to Have: Portuguese language skills, experience with legal and interface evolutions

Languages: English (fluent), French (fluent), Portuguese (bonus)

Rate: €€€ competitive

Location: 100% Remote (France/Portugal team collaboration)

Contract Length: 6+ months

Start Date: ASAP
