Job summary

Groupe PARLYM recrute un Responsable Service Subsea Delivery (H/F) pour piloter les activités SPS/UFR sur des projets industriels complexes, en France et à l’international. Vous gérez l’ingénierie, les qualifications, la fabrication et les essais d’équipements Subsea et assurez la conformité aux plannings.

Profil idéal: Master en ingénierie, 20 ans d’expérience dont 10 ans sur des projets SPS/UFR, et d’excellentes compétences en communication et leadership.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d'ingénieur de niveau Master en ingénierie.
• Connaissance exhaustive des règles et normes SPS/GS et normes internationales applicables.
• Expérience en ingénierie et fabrication d'équipements SPS/UFR.
• Expérience professionnelle 20 ans minimum; 10 ans en projets SPS/UFR.
• Bonnes capacités de communication, dynamisme, motivation élevée, sens de l'organisation et leadership.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller le dépannage des problèmes techniques et de management de projets liés à l'ingénierie, qualification, fabrication et essais d'équipements Subsea, proposer des actions correctives et des plans d’action.
• Suivre la performance des sous-traitants par rapport aux KPI du projet et identifier les risques Subsea onshore/offshore, assurer le développement et l’implémentation des plans de réponse.
• Promouvoir activement le plan d’action et assurer son implémentation avec le Technical Leader et les ingénieurs de discipline, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe d’ingénierie/fabrication du contractant.
• Assurer la liaison avec les autres équipes du package travail et les spécialistes Corporate pour sujets spécifiques.
• Soutenir SPS/UFR dans les qualifications/essais/outillage et tie-in, et veiller à l’achèvement des travaux dans les délais.
• Travailler avec l’équipe de contrôle de projet et être responsable de l’évaluation technique des ordres de changement et de la constitution des dossiers de réclamation/contre-réclamation.
• Contribuer activement au suivi des interfaces et à leur résolution entre tous les packages et contrats SPS.

Purpose of the role

By joining the team, you will take on the role of Subsea Delivery Manager Service (M/F).

Your responsibilities

In practical terms, your day-to-day role will involve:

• Oversee troubleshooting major and non-routine technical and project management problems related to engineering, qualification, fabrication and testing of Subsea equipment, ensuring that related investigations, studies and works remain compatible with the project schedule. The job holder will investigate and diagnose the problem(s) and will propose mitigation and / or remedial actions, technical solution(s) and action plans, with respect to SPS & UFR technical requirements.
• Monitor contractors' performance against project KPIs, identify Subsea onshore & offshore project risks, and guarantee development and implementation of risk response action plans for the risks and capitalization of potential opportunities.
• Actively promote the above actions plan, follow its progress and provide support for its implementation with the Technical Leader and all Discipline Engineers, as well as with the Contractor's Engineering and fabrication team
• Liaise with other Project Work Package teams such as but not limited to D&C (Drilling & Completion), UFR (Umbilical, Flowlines and Risers) and Field operations, as well as with Corporate Specialists for some specific subject(s).
• Provide support to the SPS & UFR qualification / testing / tooling / tie in leader and ensure that related works and testing are completed satisfactorily in a timeframe compatible with the project schedule.
• Work in liaison with the Project Control team and be responsible for the technical evaluation of change order and consolidation of claim / counterclaim dossiers. Following this, the job holder shall also be responsible for the preparation of the technical part of change order dossiers to be submitted for partners and concessionaire approval.
• Pro-actively support interfaces follow-up activities and contribute to their resolution across all work packages and contracts related to SPS.

• Get an exhaustive knowledge of SPS - related Company Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's), international norms and standards, for application to his duties and extended
• Get an exhaustive knowledge of SPS - engineering and operational problem(s) in order to investigate potential causes, diagnose them and propose technical solution(s) with respect to SPS and relevant installation & operation - technical requirements associated to UFR and D&C perimeter,
• Professional Experience (years): 20
• Experience in Project (years): min 10 with full expertise of SPS & UFR equipment engineering and fabrication.
• Good communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized, leadership and ability to put issues into perspective Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
