Job summary

Groupe PARLYM in France is seeking an Offshore Installation Engineer (M/W) to join our team and execute installation design activities for offshore projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has 3–5 years of offshore Oil & Gas experience, with proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Select installation methods and procedures, execute engineering activities, and optimize designs per project specs and international codes.
• Plan and deliver engineering activities and project deliverables within the schedule; manage system interfaces.
• Ensure scope of work meets contractual requirements and internal quality standards.
• Incorporate lessons learned and assess impacts of changes across scope and interfaces.
• Coordinate technical exchanges with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Position Purpose

By joining our team, you will take on the role of Offshore Installation Engineer M/W.

Your Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for selecting appropriate installation methods and procedures, executing engineering activities, and optimizing designs in compliance with project specifications, international codes, as well as company and industry standards and regulations.
• You will plan and deliver engineering activities and project deliverables within the agreed schedule while ensuring effective management of system interfaces.
• You will ensure that your scope of work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and internal quality standards.
• You will ensure that relevant lessons learned are incorporated into the project and that the impacts of any changes are properly assessed across your scope and at system interfaces.
• You will coordinate technical exchanges with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures.

Profile We're Looking For
