The role will manage the full subcontract lifecycle across services and offshore scopes, from sourcing strategy and tendering through negotiation, variations, claims and close-out. This position offers broad stakeholder exposure across procurement, project management, marine, legal, HSE, quality and finance, with direct impact on commercial delivery, compliance and project execution.

Required Education

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Maritime, Logistics or a related discipline

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in subcontracting, contract administration, project procurement, construction or services contracting, or offshore energy projects
• Demonstrated experience managing service subcontracts through tendering, award, administration, variations, claims and close-out
• Experience in an engineering, construction, subsea, offshore or other project-driven environment
• Experience taking ownership of complex subcontracting packages and supporting multidisciplinary stakeholders
