The Service Department ensures the optimal operation of our customers' wind farms, maximizing turbine performance and energy yield, fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

You will collaborate with the Area Manager and assist the Operation Manager with:

• Ensuring commissioning, adherence to procedures, policies, and QSE requirements, including safety documentation (risk analysis, prevention plan)
• Supervising the regional maintenance team and quality control of work performed
• Monitoring performance and costs, proposing solutions for cost reduction
• Participating in HR tasks: recruitment, training, onboarding, safety meetings, performance reviews, development planning
• Providing accurate reports and documentation

Qualifications

• Technical Engineer degree or experienced technician (bachelor or equivalent) with management skills
• 3 to 5 years in industrial maintenance, electricity, or related services
• Proficient in English (oral and written) - B1 level
• Ability to understand and explain maintenance contracts
• Strong communication and management skills
• Leadership skills for remote team management
• Flexibility, availability, good organizational skills
