A leading company in the field is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to enhance internal and external communication initiatives. The role involves designing marketing materials, social media content, and collaborating on sales enablement strategies. Ideal candidates are pursuing relevant degrees, possess strong graphic design skills, and are detail-oriented.
To support internal and external communications initiatives across the organization, contributing to employer branding, employee engagement, and commercial effectiveness. This role will assist in planning, developing, and executing communication materials, marketing assets, and sales enablement content while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Main Tasks:
• Create tailored communication plans for HR internal initiatives.
• Design digital materials (email graphics, TV screens, social media posts, PowerPoints) and print materials (flyers, post cards) as needed in ZIM’s visual style.
• Capture photography at internal events and propose usage for social media or internal channels.
• Review existing sales and marketing materials to extract and organize compelling customer-facing value propositions.
• Collaborate with trade managers and other stakeholders to align on messaging and content needs.
• Design and update sales collateral for key services and initiatives.
• Provide content recommendations and support execution for market-facing campaigns that align with strategic goals
• Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties
• Implement ideas to improve audience engagement, content effectiveness, and visual communication.
• Assist in improving the execution of ZIM’s go to market strategy
