A leading executive search firm in Paris is seeking a Head of Executive Banking Search to drive the structured products and AMC business across Europe and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in structured products sales and a strong network of institutional clients. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in structured products sales, broking or trading.
• Active transferable network of institutional clients within Switzerland and European region.
• Strong technical and communication skills with knowledge of cross asset structured solutions.
• Excellent understanding of finance and fixed products cross assets.

Responsabilités

• Develop the firms’ structured products & AMC’s business within the European, Middle Eastern, Asia or LatAm markets.
• Provide cross asset advisory and sales to a wide range of institutional clients within the region.
• Manage your own portfolio of clients as well as focusing on development and acquisition of new clients.
• Engage with various stakeholders and departments within the firm.
