Le candidat idéal aura une formation en droit des affaires, de l'expérience en émission de titres et une maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau C1. Job Description:

Role Overview

You will join the Debt Solutions team as a lawyer, advising the front-office of Natixis and handling legal documentation related to:

• The setup and monitoring of transactions on structured financial instruments such as bonds, EMTN, warrants, certificates, collateralized or not, issued by Natixis or its subsidiaries;
• The legal aspects of private placements and public offerings of securities mainly in Europe and Asia;
• The negotiation of contracts for marketing and distributing these securities;
• The development and updating of structured debt issuance programs;
• Legal and regulatory compliance concerning these securities.

Daily Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with operators for product design and structuring;
• Preparing and negotiating securities issuance documentation;
• Developing models and participating in digital automation of emission documentation;
• Monitoring applicable regulations and best practices.

You will work in an international environment with a team that values excellence, impact, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

Higher education in French business and financial law, preferably with a degree in Anglo-Saxon law, with experience in debt securities issuance.

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for issuing, offering, and trading financial securities;
• Understanding of stock market law and contract law;
• Familiarity with public offering practices in France and Luxembourg;
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, agility, pragmatism, and organization are essential.
